Pros

paid at some point, which is a plus

Cons

all you're doing is training your replacement. they don't want to provide benefits either, which is why all "trainers" are on contract. You're not developing any software except your replacement.

Pros

Remote work Choose the time of day you work

Cons

You're left in the dark on almost everything. No definition of the required hours to maintain employment Zero transparency on required standards of work Little to no communication from management Service is intentionally designed to disallow contacting their support Your work is going to be used to train AI models, yet the entry assessments are judged by an AI instead of a human, resulting in wild unpredictability and extreme bias with regards to being accepted.
