Pros
Working with DA as a Trainer has been great and provides wonderful flexibility and allows for creativity in your work, which makes it a rather fulfilling and interesting job.
Cons
Though I have not experienced this yet, I have seen others who do the same job talk about times when the dashboard has been empty for extended periods, which means that there could be times where work simply isn't available, which makes the job somewhat uncertain at times, but again, this isn't something that has affected me and it ultimately may not affect me.
