There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.

For what it is, this platform is actually great. There's is a decent amount of real work to do which can be used to gain additional experience or earn some extra income. Management has been good and fair. You get some interesting insight into the development of AI systems.

I love some of the projects, but not all of them. Depending on your specialization and interest, there may not be enough work available to do this full time. It's also a bit disappointing when a cool project is discontinued; things are always changing. Some of the admins just give canned responses to everything. You don't get to see the effects of your work or have any connections with the entities you are working for. I learned that some projects just aren't worth doing, either because they don't pay enough for what they require or because they feel sort of icky to be training AI on something that could potentially replace someone's job. I'm not against technological progress, but this current phase we are in of having humans fill in the gaps of AI knowledge is unsustainable. Just not very fulfilling, for me.
