Cons

Some cons with DA include; 1. Doesn't always have work available 2. Very fast paced workplace 3. payments take a week to process before you can withdraw

Cons

1099 type of work (must withhold your own income tax), lack of direct personal tips for improvement, therefore no benefits, but compensation potential makes up for this.

The more you work, the more you have access to higher-paying jobs. You work completely on your own schedule, so if you want to work a typical 9-5 or just clock in a few hours here and there, you can.

Cons

There are points when a task might have an issue (i.e. cannot submit it) and you will have to go back to it later after the issue is fixed. This is rare, but it does happen on occasion.

With regular pay, interesting projects, and a flexible work schedule, the company appreciate thorough quality work more than quick and easy solutions with lots of technical debt.

Cons

Nothing really, other than the lack of communication. But I consider that as a benefit, I'm left alone to do my work when it suits me and I'm payed for what I do.
