Pros

Satisfying work, extreme flexible schedule :)

Cons

If you need someone or prefer to be in constant contact with an overseer, it may not be for you. Which if you're self suficient it is pretty good.

Cons

Pros

You sometimes get paid OK.

Cons

You will not make the hourly rate. Hours go by with no projects. They can remove you from projects without warning. Most workers deliberately under-report their time to appear faster, so if you don't do the same, it makes you seem slow.

Pros

paid at some point, which is a plus

Cons

all you're doing is training your replacement. they don't want to provide benefits either, which is why all "trainers" are on contract. You're not developing any software except your replacement.

Work with no pay

Pros

Flexible hours as long as long tasks are completed with no interruption. Looked promising.

Cons

Poor training sessions by trainers. Completed long training and assessment sessions but then suddenly cut off project tasks with no feedback or reason. So no pay. And no recourse. Try at your own risk.
