DataBank has experienced a tremendous degree of growth and change since you first joined – expanding from 200 people in 9 markets to nearly 700 people in nearly 30 cities. While that kind of growth can be disorienting and is never easy to adjust to, we think our leadership team has done a pretty admirable job managing through it while maintaining high degrees of satisfaction among employees and customers.
