Pros

Steady work. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

You are a laborer. That is how the company views you and that will not change.

Pros

Most of the local team is great to work with (& they are all on the same page with opinions about the company, 70% of people at my location, are looking for other jobs because they are unsatisfied) Occasional Free Lunch Free Snacks and Drinks

Cons

Upper management is very arrogant. They make you feel like your job is useless and you are disposable. They promise a lot of growth and potential in your position, they make you think that if you work hard enough, you will be promoted. Then when the job opportunity comes up that you have worked hard for, they will hire an outside person that has a connection with upper management. The CEO is appointed by the board and he only cares about acquiring as many other companies as he can so that he can sell the company for more money. There are so many VPs etc, that nobody even knows what they do, then you find out that they are just friends of the CEO. He is trying to get all of his friends a piece of the pie for when he sells the company for a ton of money. I know multiple employees that have complained and had horrible experiences with key managers in the company and they do nothing about it. Upper management does not care about employees, they only care about money. They will work their employees to the bone and get as much out of them as they can, for as little compensation as possible. Pay is NOT competitive and benefits are underwhelming.
