Pros

Great place to work and learn new skills. You can get great hands on experience here.

Cons

So far I would have to say there is not alot to say negative about it but that the chairs could be better.

Not worth it other than for building a Resume.

Pros

Decent Benefits (401k not matching). Snacks/coffee/drinks provided by employer. Get to work with a wide range of software doing a wide range of work. Ok compensation if you hold a fairly high title in the Company or have at least a Bachelors but it's very selective and the power seems to be distributed amongst friends of friends who were brought on from other Companies or other Company Acquisitions.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive. They low ball you like crazy. They would rather bring new people in and give them more money for your position than giving you or anyone else who has been with the Company an extended period of time, more money. Management doesn't validate their team members. CTO seems to play favorites. All in all great place for someone starting out in the IT industry to get their hands wet and on a lot of different devices and software. Other than that, not worth the stress, humiliation, lack of validation, bullying and headaches from distribution of power. Definitely not worth it if you're trying to provide for a family unless you stay hourly and work a lot of overtime. We've had people get promoted to higher Tier positions that were making less money (salary and overtime doesn't go hand in hand) than they were at a lower tier position just from how much of a work load that comes from one Client who we let walk all over us. Also, lots of promises made by upper management to shut up you up and get you back to work.

Pros

Fellow employees are always eager to help and cover each other without being asked. Snacks/soda are provided by employer. Having large client base you get to work with a large array of various technologies you wouldn't get to other places. Management/Sr Management knows you on a personal level and actually cares about you as a person

Cons

It is a 24/7 365 day a year organization by design
