      Pros

      Remote work with decent team members. Starting pay is decent. Good place to get your foot in the door with IT but wouldn't stay long.

      Cons

      Extremely liberal and will religiously discriminate. Middle management don't have good leadership skills. Upper management doesn't care enough to fix problems. If you speak up against issues, you will be fired. Moderately hostile environment.
