Growing Pains...

Pros

Family owned company that will keep the business open with no plans to merge or sell to others. So if you do a good job for the company, you pretty well have a job until you leave. Decent benefits and pay is okay. Raises are few and far between.

Cons

The company seems to hire people based on who they know or which church they attend instead of the best qualified candidate for the position. Have seen excellent people leave because management does not value their opinion. Very cliquish, and sometimes feels like a high school.

Pros

DataPath lets you use and master cutting edge technology and is constantly striving for improvement and staying ahead of the curve.

Cons

As a small company becomes a medium to large company there are growing pains as departments rise and expand to fulfill business needs.
