Pros

As I was on-boarding, HR's Don described the culture as a "community" of family-like closeness, which cared for those in its purview. I've found that, so far, to be true. Additionally, though the company has a 30-plus-year history, it doesn't feel stodgy. I'm told a recent effort to grow the business has infused the company with a dynamic, ready-to-achieve set of hires (including me)!

Cons

As has been mentioned elsewhere, business processes aren't quite... extant. It could be easy for someone with an established career in a more rigid environment with well-defined roles and procedures to be overwhelmed by all there is to do.

Pros

The revenue growth potential at DataPath is huge. The company is highly focused on its relationships with its clients. Management is easily accessible and very attentive to employee concerns. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Minimal business processes in place, though that is rapidly changing as the company is intensely focused on documenting its processes and streamlining its operations.
