• You will reach a glass ceiling if you won't work 80+ hours a week • The company is very chaotic in its direction • Almost no transparency into company metrics, stock valuation, compensation • Org structure is too deep relative to company size • The product is becoming long in the tooth • Working hard and sucking up is rewarded more than simply being effective
