People are Great!! They will go out of there way to help and if they do not have the answers they will point you in the right direction.
Cons
It's a fast pace environment, but when I went through the interview process they were very honest so I am very happy and understood the work environment.

Datarobot is not only an iconic company transforming the world of AI, but also a highly rewarding place to work and to forge a career if you are prepared to invest the time and energy. The bar is set very high for employees here in terms of talent, and recruitment decisions are formed around several key criteria, with actual job experience being only one of the important aspects considered - to find out more press the apply button! We are looking for fully rounded individuals to join our teams, who have ambition and drive as well as raw talent. We have been able to attract some of the most eminent data scientists, and successful sales people in the industry. This helps not only make the workplace super interesting if you like working with quirky brainiacs, but also enables us to attract the best, because top performers tend to gravitate towards their like. We have mentors and leaders here rather than managers and slave drivers.
Cons
The days can be long here and the pressure can be great. This is not the environment for everyone but if you can push through the occasional ambiguity then the end result is intensely gratifying. Management understand that we are moving fast and help foster a culture of cooperation, but it's not for the faint of heart!
