Pros
Where do I start? The culture is amazing. The company cares about everyone. They want you to do your job, and work hard (but really who doesn't?). The work is very cool and very challenging. Great people, fun, fast, exciting. Amazing culture. Benefits are great. Truly a company that cares about it's people and it's customers. There is no BS and you can talk to anyone (ceo included) about how to make the company better and not feel that you are overstepping your rank. The market opportunity is amazing here. The product is best in class and really outstanding. The Data Scientist here are so smart and there is just an amazing team culture and approach to how we work/sell together. Company pays amazing for performers. If you have big ideas and big dreams this place is for you.
Cons
It's a startup so we change course a lot. So if you are looking to just do the same thing every day it's probably not the right place. But the changes are all for the positive.That said we're trying to make the best company on the planet so it's worth the changes we make. Really that is not a complaint but just an fyi.
