Our People. Our culture. In my time here, everyone has the same goal in mind. It's fun, it's busy, but we ( all of us here at DataRobot) are helping to take this company to the best level. People actually say Thank you - ask how you are - are really grateful that you are part of the team. This is rare in a hyper growth company! You get the chance to bring your experience to the table. In my experience, my voice matters, and the Leadership is very open to listening to different strategies, processes and open minded. I never thought I would join another start up, DR has completely changed my mind!

Pros

If you are smart and outgoing, you can learn something from other marketing folks. Teammates are great – people go through tough culture fit interviewing to join the company. Benefits are good.

Cons

Demand gen has toxic management that is full of it. Goal setting is random and utterly ambitious. Working 24/7 is praised... especially once the investors decided to go public. Whole team is burnt out and surviving from Friday to Friday. Compensation review is nonexistent Promotion from SDR role is nonexistent. A few exceptions don't count... Nobody will question your worth and work quality as long as you meet the quotas. Once you don't — you are nobody, and your previous work and results are worth nothing.

A mission that everyone believes in and execution that is making that mission a reality via an amazing Culture, strong leadership and very talented individuals. This is the best company I have ever been a part of in all aspects.

Cons

It is not for everyone- you need to be entrepreneurial and someone that is able to take extreme ownership in order to be successful. The environment is truly fast-paced and ever-changing- many times requiring long hours. But if that is fine for you, this is the best place to be at.
