The people who are still there are great people.

Cons

Company has entered the death spiral of cutting top tier most expensive talent to just keep the highest raw # of employees to maintain valuations in latest layoff. Focus is on churn prevention, not new customer acquisition. Definitely not a good environment for sales, but post sales customer success will be more stable. Looks like an orderly liquidation for return on capital to PE.

- Good pay. - Nice facilities. - Good technology. - Okay benefits. Healthcare is great. - Product is amazing. DataRobot cares a lot about people. Our CEO continually talks to the company to share his vision. He encourages people to raise concerns.

Cons

The leadership does not have a lot of experience. Many are from when DataRobot was much smaller. Sales is going through many changes. Leaders of departments seem confused about what they can do on their own. There was a lot of press around our new COO to help the company grow though we are unclear what he will do.
