Such a cool product and many great people.

Cons

Still desperately directionless. Constantly trying new strategies hoping something will stick. Still have too many people not willing to admit when they are in over their heads and trust the folks who know what they are doing to make decisions. When they “cleaned house” they also got rid of some of their most capable folks in many areas.

DataRobot values its employees. I have felt supported, encouraged and challenged. I am now on my forth month and am so glad I took the leap to join the DataRobot team, and have nothing but great things to say. Training was exceptional and management cares.

Cons

So far, I honestly do not have anything negative to share.

Really friendly and welcoming people, all trying to do what's best for the company Very little politics that I've picked up on so far Really smart, talented people A really quality product that can make a huge impact on the world that you can get behind

Cons

Clearly in transition phase from small startup to larger org, needs to put clear processes in place Bare bones support functions (e.g., marketing) , which means a lot of potential isn't being achieved, really fast-paced
