Tough culture

Pros

Flexible work arrangements including remote options. Strong and active affinity groups for women, veterans, etc. Meaningful company mission. Mostly good, hard working people to work with. Fun employee activities. Decent health benefits and restricted stock options.

Cons

Unengaged and uncommunicative senior leaders. Hard to move quickly. There are a lot of stops and starts and changes. Very inefficient. My work bff says we move fast to go slow. Secretive, untrusting culture. In some roles, it can be very hard to stay inspired and motivated. Career growth here is not well defined.

Work from home Nice office

Cons

Company operates like a 5 person startup. Lack tech support to effectively do your job, Google docs - so frustrating!!! Micro management is alive and well, can’t sneeze without asking first. Commission plans are medieval and complex
