Great culture

Pros

This company focuses on employee longevity, low turnover, and a decent work/life balance. Employees are treated with respect by upper management and the pay is decent. Unlike most companies in this industry, you receive two weeks vacation upon employment as well as PTO and weekends off. You will not make the most money here, but you will easily make six figures.

Cons

This is a good ol' boy culture that treats the builders and male co-workers a little better than the rest of the staff. Builders and tenured corporate-level higher-ups are given lots of leniency with regards to professionalism and satisfactory work. As a woman/sales counselor, you are sometimes at the mercy of your builders word.
