Cons
HORRIBLE management. If you ever have an issue- you will lose! Training is non-existent after the original hiring mumbo-jumbo. They take weeks or months to hire someone, then more weeks to get them trained. With all the vetting they go through, why is there such a high turnover? I know that is common in this business, but they are ridiculous! In the past, the promoted from within to keep the company culture strong. Now, they hire anyone to be management. The company is NOT what is was 5-7 years ago. RUN, don't walk away form this overpriced builder! They will break promises left and right to you and your clients. Heaven forbid you fill out an internal or external survey and tell the truth! I know of several people that were reprimanded for filling out surveys and not answering everything was perfect. The company knows who does the surveys, and they WILL confront you about them missing the mark even a little.
