They do this whole "we're a family" thing and it gets tired fast once you realize its just HR coaching them.
The pay is laughable granted how much this jewelry goes for. And you'll quickly realize that the quality of the jewelry is pretty low. Sure they use real gold and silver, but for the price its expected. But how many pieces break or get damaged is a lot and i wouldn't recommend buying it
Management is poorly educated and not really beneficial. The company allows customers to be irate and rude with csr agents and tell agents to pretty much allow it unless you get cursed at or called a name i guess but even then they just send the customer to a manager for them to continue the rants but typically Management avoids handling these things tbh.
I took a seasonal position because the economy sucks and I was finishing up my MBA and in between jobs. Honestly the pay was low, Management was lazy and even though i explained to them I am going for my MBA and worked in large companies doing marketing and sales the lead manager just overlooked it. I believe she just didn't want to worry about growth but moreso just hoping that 5pm comes around.
Overall very mid and if you were thinking of buying from them I would save my money
