Pros

* Overall staff is friendly and environmentally having a good time at the office (NY CORP HQ) * Pay is decent, could be a bit higher.

Cons

* Management doesn't value the employee input like they do a contractor or vendor * Management doesn't realize that if they expand the team it would function even better * Management insulates employees from discussions within their own department, even though the modal expressed but he CEO is supposed to be open, transparent, and all inclusive when working as a team. * A lot of nepotism in the departments despite there being a policy in HR and quid-quo-pro on hiring within certain departments. * Contractors are allowed to make decisions that will effect an employees ability to do their job since the employees are

Pros

Juice bar Okay if you are in direct sales Good designs (but best designers leave) Nice views in corporate office Great cleaning staff

Cons

Low pay and long hours which is why everyone leaves. Turnover is insanely high. Company does not care about employees. No ownership stake, no room for advancement even after many, many years. New CEO is a ultra-bully and hires other bullies. Whip, whip the horse, never feed it. Doing tremendous damage to the company. COO hires very badly. CFO fired. CIO fired. New one is non-technical and unqualified. Like CEO, lives to berate. Company facing cut backs due to sales, may get sold to larger firm. HR is overwhelmed.

Terrible culture and management

Pros

Excellent pay, some really smart people, TriBeCa location

Cons

Constantly changing management. Sky high turnover. People who throw you under the bus because there is so much pressure. The most irrational and verbally abusive CEO, who has a 40-year history of acting that way everywhere she has worked. And it's not the person who is listed in the company profile here. This hasn't been updated in a couple years.
