Pros

Great product with great family background. Company takes pride in being an American brand and offers a different approach to luxury jewelry.

Cons

Not many store managers are fulfilling the role and meet needs of staff. Company could do better in regards to learning and development. Takes too long to get problems solved

Pros

They hire great worker bees with amazingly fun, down to earth, and friendly attitudes. You are exposed to a lot of technology and are expected to manage said instruments - giving you industry leading experience.

Cons

- Executive management shows little to no respect for work life balance, i.e meetings start before and after the signed and contracted working hours agreed to at hire... and if you do not attend, your job is at risk - Unless you are an Executive - you will be overworked and expected to work long hours - Employees are always under high stress and are given unrealistic deadlines without the appropriate tools to perform efficiently - IT does not have nearly enough staff or proper incentives to perform day - to - day functions, much more projects with strict deadlines. A single tech will be Level II, Level III, Engineering, AV, and help desk. A single tech will start the day with 50 tickets, just to have another 70 by end of day. - The CIO and his direct reports (the Directors) are completely hands off and are oblivious to the challenges within the team and the department. They suggest irrelevant and backwards solutions and literally throw tantrums sometimes boxes and company goods when expectations are not met. - Consultants are given more power and voice than actual full time employees of the company. Their input can often affect the employees position. - HR turns a blind eye to the many complaints regarding the working environment, work life balance, benefits, issues within departments and management. - Management overall is abusive to staff and that is because it stems from the CEO. The CEO completely disregards meeting times, speaks to staff in demeaning and abusive tones, and will fire anyone that stands up for themselves. The owners and HR Executives need to seriously let the CEO take a code of ethics course and quick.
