Nice product, good co workers who try to help one another.

Cons

Upper management plays favorites to certain managers and directors. If you have no family, commitments and live 5 minutes away, this is the place for you.

Pros

The Yurman's are wonderful designers they are wonderful down to earth people. Great summer hours and benefits. Good discounts on the product.

Cons

Management has no clue what their staff is doing if someone leaves or gets laid off management does not know how to pick up the ball, most of the time management has their staff doing their projects.If an employee needs training there is just eye rolling and figure it out yourself. Management had no clue on product style numbers or best sellers or how to deal with an angry consumer. They also have their staff doing personal projects for them.

Pros

Good benefits and coworkers are nice. I enjoy the work I do. Hours are good, not too much over-time.

Cons

Some managers don't know how to speak to people. Commute is long. Moved a lot of people from NY to NJ. Some had to quit.
