Company culture - upper management doesn't seem to know or care that their staff is completely overworked and most are planning to quit. There is no investment in the staff - they get treated like replaceable worker bees. Competence is not valued - politics are. The same incompetent managers that get promoted one month get layed off the next. Other Incompetent managers stay on board because they are "loyal" to their bosses - not because they are good at their jobs. When something goes wrong - it's time to point fingers - "who can we blame this on?" Not "how do we fix this?"
Good people keep leaving .More good people will leave shortly

also, the raises are super low- so make sure you get as high a salary as possible when you get in - it won't be going up by much anytime soon
