There are really no cons, they people who work here are all great people.

The benefits are fantastic, the pay for administration is above average for the area.

Cons

Often make decisions in haste or without gathering all the details. Entitled feelings by some employees and management, more coddling than should be given and much less company line mentality that is needed.

A Company to Avoid

Pros

There are no good reasons to work here. Whatever benevolence and professionalism there might have been seems to have passed away along with the founder. A surprise visit by the new CEO (the founder's wife) to hand out PAY CUTS is no way to treat people.

Cons

The only words I can think of are inept and unethical. While the worker bees are top caliber people, the management structure seems bent on maximizing short term profit at the expense of a quality work environment and motivated workforce.
