      A Company to Avoid

      Pros

      There are no good reasons to work here. Whatever benevolence and professionalism there might have been seems to have passed away along with the founder. A surprise visit by the new CEO (the founder's wife) to hand out PAY CUTS is no way to treat people.

      Cons

      The only words I can think of are inept and unethical. While the worker bees are top caliber people, the management structure seems bent on maximizing short term profit at the expense of a quality work environment and motivated workforce.

      culture changes once new owner took over, I hear a lot of things changed in upper management but didn't affect worker bees.
