      Pros

      The benefits are fantastic, the pay for administration is above average for the area.

      Cons

      Often make decisions in haste or without gathering all the details. Entitled feelings by some employees and management, more coddling than should be given and much less company line mentality that is needed.

      Pros

      Davidson had great benefits including paid healthcare and automatic 401k contributions (without needing to contribute yourself)

      Cons

      As a smaller company in the DoD contracting space, opportunity for growth is very limited. Job security is tied to the specific contract you are on.

      Pros

      Great retirement benefits. Small business that has some growing to do. Health benefits are ok. Employees are hard working a dedicated to the company even when it appears that dedication is not reciprocated.

      Cons

      Company with many diverse employee locations is managed in a vacuum back at Huntsville. Little to no input is sought from employees located in other locations. Especially when it comes to decision that affect those employees from the other locations. Dental benefits could be better and health benefits are from Huntsville location only which can lead to issues. Too many senior management have fled in the past year and a half which causes one to wonder about the future.
