Pros
Whenever I have the opportunity to interview candidates, I ask them all the same question: "How do you feel about change?" My goal is not to scare anyone, but to gauge how comfortable he or she is with being uncomfortable. Overall, things happen quickly at Daxko, and with that comes so many opportunities for career growth and development. In my time at Daxko, I have been pushed beyond my comfort zone on a number of occasions, but I am so glad that I was. Underlying the day-to-day challenge and excitement of projects, Daxko's company culture is second to none. From Day 1 with the Daxko Nation, I have been continually wowed by the level of drive, dedication, and creativity that team members show. The senior leadership at Daxko recognizes this and rewards team members with an office culture and environment that foster collaboration and creativity. The openness and clarity demonstrated by leadership are among Daxko's strongest assets.
Cons
At times, the rapid change can feel, to individual team members, like they can't quite catch up. This is especially true with smaller teams or with team members who don't feel that they are in the loop. Striking a balance between holding steady and being agile enough to pivot can be difficult.
