Cons

Very, very fast paced-- not really bad, but can be hard to manage for some. As the company grows, more focus on communication will be important.

Pros

Free lunch on Friday Coworkers are generally friendly Free individual healthcare and $200 for a family (but I have heard this is going away)

Cons

Managers for little cliques Upper management lets lower management do whatever they want Underpaid Long hours in service department with no overtime (salary) No accountability when managers mess up Very few internal promotions, despite what they say The CEO, Dave, has become very detached in comparison to how he was in the past
