The CEO provides numerous ways to ask questions and give feedback. He makes an effort to get to know team members, cares about the company culture, and wants team members to have a rewarding career while providing our customers with the tools and service that they need. That’s all balanced with high expectations from team members, and plenty of work to keep you busy. If you are willing to put in the work, remain flexible, and speak up, there are a lot of opportunities to advance your career at this growing company. Also worth mentioning: the benefits are outstanding. Paid time off, generous health benefits, 401k matching, professional development allowance, four week sabbatical after seven years, plenty of free food and drink, and fun activities periodically throughout the year! Overall, it’s a fun atmosphere, and you’re likely to not only make professional connections at Daxko, but probably friends, too.

Having a great company culture is one of the top concerns - if not the number 1 concern - at Daxko. Part of the mission is "to provide Daxko team members with rewarding careers," and that's not just talk. At Daxko, you get to work with amazing team members, experience transparent leadership, and feel like you are positively impacting customers on a daily basis. The benefits are great. My personal favorite is the 4-week sabbatical we all get every 7 years (in addition to PTO that year). I have wonderful memories of the time I spent with my family on my first sabbatical.
