Pros

To be clear, I left years ago and I know leadership has changed drastically but I need to leave a review somewhere to access the full Glassdoor and my current company is too small to actually be anonymous :) I liked the people I worked with a lot. I felt like there was a fair amount of promotion from within and I was given a chance to learn and transition to other roles. The ability to wfh was nice as well.

Cons

I did not feel paid fairly for the amount of stress I underwent. I felt like leadership (at the time) was trying to do anything but increase headcount (and thus cost) to address the situation and it was leading to a lot of overworked and burnt out team mates. I hope that's changed!

Pros

Remote (for some employees) Met some amazing individual contributors over the years.

Cons

The primary challenges stem from a significant lack of data-driven strategy at the executive level. Decisions often appear to be made reactively or based on short-term financial targets without thorough market analysis or validation. Major initiatives are launched, only to be completely re-scoped months later, leading to substantial wasted effort, duplicated work, and unnecessary expenditure. This cycle is frustrating for teams, and causes burnout due to the constant need to re-do completed work. The current leadership favors speed and short term wins over sustainable, well researched strategy. Leadership needs to take ownership of strategic initiatives that fail due to their flawed planning or execution. When employees provide well-intentioned critical feedback regarding potential risks or issues, that input must be acknowledged and protected, rather than used to assign blame after the fact. Compensation is notably below market rates for comparable roles, and the culture normalizes extensive, uncompensated overtime, leading to low morale and constant turnover.
