      Pros

      Coworkers are awesome, people are helpful and friendly

      Cons

      Daxko used to be a great place to work. In 2019, communication from leadership has dried up. Companies need to focus on profit, but Daxko seems to have decided that profit is the only thing that matters, and employees are feeling that change.

      Thank you for your review. We agree that we have some pretty awesome people as teammates throughout the company. It is our people that make our culture and our product so amazing. We’re surprised to hear that you feel communication has “dried up” recently. In the near past you should have seen surveys from leadership requesting your feedback on frequency and content of our weekly and quarterly all hands meetings in the Birmingham office. I hope you provided your feedback. Daxko also conducts a company-wide All Hands meeting on a monthly basis to share information but as you can imagine we can’t address everything during that meeting. Other forms of communication include regular communication lunches with Senior Leadership Team members, roundtable discussions with the People Development Team and fireside chats with Ron, our CEO. As we grow as a company, we will continue to scale our communications to ensure everyone is informed. If you haven’t already shared your ideas in one of the avenues above, please reach out directly to the People Development Team or any member of the Senior Leadership Team.

      Growth = Opportunity

      Pros

      * Fast growing company creates lots of opportunity for personal growth * Leadership invests in people and promotes from within * Fun industry to serve - customers are generally great human beings * Awesome, highly-engaged team - everyone cares a lot about the business * Products are best (or on their way to best) in every market served * "Unlimited" PTO * 30-day sabbatical after 5 years of tenure (amazing, who does this!!!) * PC or Mac, your choice.

      Cons

      * Long hours - not the place to hide or try to work 35 hour weeks * Rate of change is high - opportunity for change agents, not for the change adverse * Highly distributed organization - stay away if you struggle to work with remote team members.

      Pros

      Daxko's product diversity provides many exciting opportunities to expand your carrier. While we have seen a lot of change in the last 12 months, it has led to a lot of revenue growth which is now funding more investments in technology.

      Cons

      Change can be hard and not for some team members. Risk and reward is a balance. Daxko is definitely rewarding team members that contribute significantly to the success of the organization

      Thank you for the feedback. We are proud of the diversity of our products, locations and teams. Change is necessary as we move from "ME to WE" but like you stated, the rewards are a great payoff.
