      Modern office environment, free lunch on Fridays, product lines are always evolving, and good upper management.

      Cons

      Training program is not the best.

Hopefully you will take advantage of the Daxko Development Rush in June and July. The rush will provide multiple professional development and training opportunities.       High growth environment with broad responsibilities and smart, passionate teammates.

      Cons

      Acquisitions can be tough on communication and efficiency across teams. Some pain around integrating new teams and people, but can be overcome.

      Pros

      Daxko's product diversity provides many exciting opportunities to expand your carrier. While we have seen a lot of change in the last 12 months, it has led to a lot of revenue growth which is now funding more investments in technology.

      Cons

      Change can be hard and not for some team members. Risk and reward is a balance. Daxko is definitely rewarding team members that contribute significantly to the success of the organization
