Pros

Daxko has gone through a tremendous amount of change over the last year and a half! Has all of it been easy? NO! Have I agreed with every change? NO! Do I still think Daxko is a "Best Place to Work"? ABSOLUTELY! Things change; it's a fact of life, but not all change is bad. Daxko is still the BEST place I have ever worked. I'm surrounded by the BEST people who push me to grow and be the best version of myself. And I truly believe in our mission to make the world a healthier and happier place. We're growing and continuing to create and enhance the best products for the health and fitness industry - and I love being a part of that.

Cons

Bring back "family" lunch. The pace of growth can be hard to manage at times.

Pros

I began my tenure, six years ago, at Daxko as a part-time customer support rep, with little experience or discernible skills in the tech industry, making only a couple dollars per hour more than I had been making as a part-time janitor. Daxko has been so very good to me. Professionally, Daxko has allowed me to stretch into (and out of) multiple roles. Daxko has always been supportive of my career development, partnering with me to uncover my strengths and weaknesses, and consistently pushing towards finding focus and purpose in the work. I leave Daxko with a clear direction and calling in my vocation, with skills and experience that have provided financially beyond what I could have dreamed possible. My time at Daxko was a privilege. Personally, the years of shared free lunches, community service projects, nerf gun wars, scooter races and a common passion to achieve excellence in our work and lives, and ultimately drive success for our customers has forged some of my closest friendships. Daxko is successful because the Team Members of Daxko are all together, better. Daxko’s mission statement, to provide their Team Members with rewarding careers, is more than a slogan, it is an intentionally designed and developed culture. I am a product of this incredible culture, and I could not recommend Daxko more highly. ** Additionally, Daxko’s CRO is the absolute best. From Garth Brooks covers to designing sales processes, the guy is just a rockstar! **

Cons

Daxko is growing at an incredible pace. At times the demands of the work can be taxing. Daxko encourages a healthy work-life balance, but if you are not intentional the work can become all-consuming and overwhelming.

Pros

Relaxed work space Competitive benefits Community minded

Cons

Current identity crisis. They've done a lot of M & A over the past few years and the culture is a bit lost. Several recent of lay off's leaving many worried. Policy changes with muddy parameters. Can be very cliquey at times. Rumors spread like wild fire. Team to team collaboration can slow down processes.

Thank you for taking time to give us some honest feedback! Our culture is ever-changing; I like to say it changes a little bit with every new team member we hire. It's definitely different from when I started here in 2012, but change can be good. I'm glad you recommend us as a place to work and hope your experience here continues to be a good one.
