      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly. I have yet to meet a stranger! it is fast paced so you don't have time to get bored. Food. All i can say is, food is amazing & i'm glad to be among other people who feel the same way! I enjoy the work, it's exciting & always changing. Keeps you on your toes. I feel like leadership really tries to keep everyone in the loop about what is going on with the business.... as much as they can anyway. Understanding, there are some things that need to be kept under wraps until the right time. I feel very safe here. I feel like everyone respects one another & their space, which is hard to find a lot of times.

      Cons

      Lack of privacy. There aren't very many places to run to so you can make a private call.

      Exciting Times at a Growing Company

      Pros

      Daxko's mission is to provide software and services that contribute significantly to the success of its customers, and to provide Daxko team members with rewarding careers. During my tenure at Daxko, I can honestly say that I have seen both sides of this mission consistently. The Daxko Services Team prides itself on giving customers exceptional experiences, the Software teams work hard to create great products, and the list goes on. Customers matter to us, and it shows. Team members are also taken care of at Daxko. We receive great benefits and perks. We're given surprises, we're given ample opportunities to develop ourselves personally and professionally, and most importantly, we're given a voice. We have so many opportunities to contribute to the company's success and share our feedback, no matter our tenure or place in the company.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, and there are downsides to growth - the biggest, I think, is having to make hard business decisions to keep the company successful. For the team members like me who have been here for a long time, we've seen fellow team members come and go - sometimes of their own volition, and sometimes not. It's hard, and it hurts. Despite this, however, I feel like Daxko handles these situations with kindness and empathy. The pace can also be pretty fast here at Daxko. That's not necessarily a bad thing for some people, but others might feel overwhelmed sometimes. If you prefer a slower-moving work environment, Daxko might not be for you.
