Pros

Very strong company energy, and very easy to develop strong relationships with your co-workers. People are always willing to help answer questions, and make new members to our company feel welcome.

Cons

My only complaint is that our CRO did not participate in our impact day...why is it ok for the leader of sales and marketing to skip, but not ok for any of the other leaders to skip? Is our department less valuable than sales/marketing? Regardless of whatever he had going on, we are all busy in our respective areas of work and deserve to all be treated equally. It doesn't feel equal when the person overseeing sales and marketing gets a free pass to skip our impact day.
