Pros
Daxko really is a great place to work. The people here are what make it so nice to come in to the office every day. We work (HARD), but we play hard too! The benefits are second to none - good PTO to start off, full-paid single coverage for health & dental, free drinks/fruit, free lunch every Friday, monthly health club stipend for levels of attendance, sabbatical after 7 years, healthy 401k match - these benefits are second to none (and I know I'm missing some). The office environment is open and fresh. It takes some getting acclimated to if you are used to being in more closed off work spaces, but I've found it to be very collaborative and enjoyable. There are demo rooms and meeting rooms to duck into when you need to have more private conversations. Dave (CEO) is very transparent with what is going on with the company, and he hosts an open Q&A weekly where he invites all team members to ask anything they would like to know. Overall, Daxko is one of the, if not the, best places I have ever worked.
Cons
There is a lot of work to be done with not a lot of downtime. If you do not do well in a fast-paced environment, Daxko may not be for you. The pay could be a little better as well, but the benefits definitely help to balance this out.
