This is a great company that cares about employees

Pros

Worked with great people. Good work/life balance. Flexible hours. Communication is frequent and appreciated. Benefits are competitive and probably above average. Direct managers were good at providing direction.

Cons

layoffs are frequent, which has a negative effect on employee morale. Top level management seemed out of touch with the business.
