- For the last 5+ years, they have been announcing themselves as a startup powered with a force of a tech giant. Unfortunately, since their IPO they have a been a corporate mammoth with a usual hassle of a startup.
- Tech specialists are not being recognised enough, it's still more an HR/Payroll company where talks is better than action and expertise. Not a tech one.
- Lack of career and wage growth opportunities unless you are in favor, lucky or really talkative. There are determined goals and criteria but they do not work.
- Company values are often neglected when it comes to real business. Customers are overpromised and under-delivered, which is nothing next to the Customer focus. Transparency is ignored when it comes to internal projects and promotions, everything is being done behind the curtain.
- "Unlimited" vacation is not a thing, you get better than the overall market offers but in fact, at times you feel embarassed while asking for what you have earned.
- No micro-management which I listed as a Pro also sometimes leads to a situation when no one cares as you go above and beyond your job.
