Your are in a very collaborative interaction all the time, you get feedback from many sources that help you with your ideas and contributions

Cons

it is changing constantly and we need to be on top of how business is doing... if company is doing well then we all are good, but it business is not good then work environment start will be not good

- Good salary for entry-level associates

- Company is undergoing constant "construction" they are fixing a lot of issues right now, that make it hard for the consultant, more work to make up for things that the system cannot currently do. - Stressful
