Pros

A younger group of employees - so that means a generally fun office, and more collaborative environment. All HCM products have similarities, so the time learned on this product can be leveraged with other companies.

Cons

The clients are demanding and the managers don't know how to push back unreasonable demands. There is no upward mobility. Some people work longer hours (for free) but others have figured out how to keep to a regular work week. There is a policy in place that travel should be done "after hours" which means those red-eye flights are not compensated.

Pros

The Pay was above average and they hire smart and very talented people.

Cons

travel is extensive and wasn't explained truthfully when I took the job, poor management and some act as if they didn't care about you at all. lack of communication (no people skills) lack of work life balance and now it's a ghost town because all the talented hires have left the company. The work load shift is brutal. We force clients into complex products and then do not train people or give them mentorship so that they can support the complex clients and solutions. It's a disaster of a job. I spent more time crying about the workload and failed testing than I did learning and enjoying the position. I swore off payroll jobs forever.

Pros

A good place to work while you look elsewhere.

Cons

The products were so bad that I actually felt bad for the customer. They market themselves as an HR company, but hey are really just do gross to net calculations on salaries with little understanding or strategic vision for HR.
