Vacation benefits were good and the employees made it enjoyable to go to work.
Cons
This is an absolute trash terrible company with no vision for its future. The payroll product was so sub par that it was an embarrassment to actually have to go on site and try to show the customer we were delivering any value at all. There was no structure or business processes in place to allow anyone in the implementation department to succeed. Just a series of half baked solutions to slow the gushing wound that was Ceridian. The sales group over-promised and the rest under-delivered. The management structure in place was like a high school clique, if you weren't one of the "group" you were nothing. No growth, training, or mentoring opportunities. HR was a joke, allowed people to abuse and accuse others of crimes with no due process. Ethics hotline was used like a gossip hotline to get others in trouble.
