      Continuous challenges, never a dull moment Competitive salary Rewarding and satisfying as you see happy clients Great benefits, especially LifeWorks Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

      Uneven workload across the year (due to clients going live) Vacations have to be planned in advance to be practical

      Great company to work for. Lots of experience in upper management to guide those who report to them. I've been here almost 22 years and hope to retire from Ceridian.

      Cons

      Lots of reorgs. Seem to whom I report changes at least once a year.
