Pros
Don’t be fooled by the great reviews they incentivize employee for reviews. The benefits are good and they do like to give away gift cards. Also, don’t be fooled by the great salary when you divide it over the hours you work it’s not that great.
Cons
-Terrible management! In Implementation they don’t know how to manage people and like to call people out in meetings for mistakes,errors,and just to embarrass folks. -60-70 hour work weeks every week all year -No actual training on your job, fun company training but not on your actual job -Hard to take PTO because of your workload -They bait and switch customers and it’s your job to deliver the news. -Theonly people who do well in implementation are workaholics with no lives.
