Pros
The Ceridian workplace is just like a little family - everyone works really hard and well together plus at the same time loves to have fun. It's a great atmosphere.
Cons
Salary could be better, but there are a lot of other perks that make up the difference when compared to other organizations. The benefits are some of the best which really does add up, plus there are other financial perks too (as well as lots of non-financial ones) - so remember to factor those into the salary as most other companies don't give those things at all. But the salary itself tends to be on the lower end for the industry.
