Pros

Same level co-workers are welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The technology fits the niche for large global companies and is competitive, if not better than Workday.

Cons

Upper leadership is a revolving door. Each new Executive brings the same failed ideas that their predecessors had. Employees are currently seen as disposable. Numerous employees have quit in the past 9 months.

Pros

The company is focused on profitability, and has a strong future and outlook, with an effective CEO & leadership team at the helm.

Cons

The focus on profitability the past few years has come at a cost - poor decisions and leadership being extremely reactive to whims. Sadly, it's been driving many teams crazy and the brain drain has been extremely high for the past year.
