Pros

- Amazing people, a lot to learn, fun company - unlimited time off - you just ask and they will give it you

Cons

- Sometimes the work gets pretty dull - The pay is alright - They said I couldn't get a return offer because they were freezing positions or whatever But then some people within AI engineering and stuff got it back. But it was also later on. So for my time, there was no return.
