      Pros

      Close to home and easy commute. Great first job because you can learn and then move on without any regrets. Best to have your worst job at the beginning of your career than in the middle or at the end.

      Cons

      No accountability. Yearly projects are yearly duds; we have done Fish and Six Sigma and now we are Making Great Happen. Promises anything to get a customer with antique systems and processes. Values hiring exceptional employees but has a performance rating system that uses the bell curve and rates most employees as basic or successful. Annual merit increases are based on performance and bonuses are based on subjective management attitudes.

      Pros

      The benefits packadge is one of the best available. Thats about it.

      Cons

      The management is basically a boys club, moving up in the company is based on how well you kiss up, if you don't have it in you to lower yourself to an embarrassing level don't bother working here. There is little to no job security, I saw many people let go for no good reson at all. Employees that were not liked would be setup to fail, put in territories that had a history of performing poorly and then let go when the employee was not able to meet the unreachable quota.
