-50 best place to work ( ???) -canada's top 100 employer -benefits -new technology

Cons

- Lay off and hire employees every year, no career stability.. new employees have to fill up the form for "50 best places to work" ,resulted to a better ratings of the company from new hires without having experience the real life at the company. - Lower base pay with no pay increases for years now due to recession. According to HR, flexible time and unlimited sick leave.. but if you have late work days and exceeded 8 days of sick leave, department manager will question you and this will reflect in your performance. - You cannot really utilize the benefit package they were offering unless you are in a retiring age. - Too much politics. - and a lot more..

Pros

Benefits, time off is given up front from day one. The builidngs and grounds are kept up, easy access to the highway. The company is global.

Cons

High turnover of CEO & CFO (about every 3-5 years) with focus on profits to make their own bonuses which has a reverse correlaton to employee morale, raises, and bonuses. Salaried employees are treated like hourly in respect to time card/pay. Cubicle space is small and not ergonomic.
